Scholarship Summary

Have you thought about sending your child(ren) to Regina, but were uncertain because of tuition fees? Many generous Catholic community donors have given of their treasure to ensure all families have the opportunity for a Catholic education.

Tuition scholarship applications for school year 2008-2009 are available on this website or in hardcopy in the Regina school offices.  Numerous scholarships are awarded annually by the Catholic Community Foundation, on behalf of its generous named benefactors, to current AND potential K-12th grade Regina students AND graduating seniors.

A “blind” (names of students removed from the application materials) review and selection process is used by the selection committee to determine recipients of the various scholarships. Winners will be announced during the Regina awards assembly in early May. Applications are available annually during March and April and are awarded each May.

   Kingery Character Endowment Fund

In 2004, Greg & Judy Kingery decided to have their son, Nate, transfer to Regina from a school in Cedar Rapids where they live.  The Kingery family feels very blessed by the Regina community for the initial welcome they received and the on-going friendship, guidance and caring shown to them.

It is because of these integral relationships that the family chose to establish an endowed fund to annually recognize a Regina teacher, staff member or coach who goes “above and beyond” his/her duties to demonstrate, model and uphold the ideals of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship to Regina students.  The $250 Kingery Character annual award will be given to the school to be utilized by the recipient in his/her classroom, office or department.
