REGINA ALUMNI SURVEY Dear Alum: In preparation of Regina's 50th anniversary this fall, the Catholic Community Foundation, on behalf of Regina, is conducting a survey of Regina alumni to assess perceptions about the school, alumni activities and programs. Based on the results, the Foundation and Regina will develop an alumni relations and current Regina program improvement plan. Please assist our efforts to improve in the above-mentioned areas by taking a few moments to complete this alumni survey. All responses will be held strictly confidential. Provision of your name is optional. We ask that there be only one survey submission per alum. This survey may also be completed and submitted online at www.ccf-ic.org.
