Welcome

Annual Appeal

2007-2008

UPDATE

A BIG thank you to everyone who contributed to the Annual Appeal!  We surpassed our $350,000 goal.  Total raised was $366,482.34.    Since we reached our goal, a generous anonymous donor will match dollar-for-dollar the entire $350,000

Current Items of Interest

Regina's Golden Jubilee

September 3, 2008 marks the 50th anniversary of the date when Regina first opened its doors.  We recognize this monumental anniversary as a rare type of occasion when all members of the community, past and present, can participate.  Mark your calendars for these celebration events.  Visit the Regina 50th website for a list of events:

Golden Jubilee Weekend (August 29 - September 1, 2008)

Coinciding with the annual Fall Fun Festival, this Golden Jubilee Weekend is packed with activities for the entire family.  In addition to the perennial Fall Fun activities, there will be a Founder's Reception on Saturday evening prior to honor those who demonstrated the stewardship needed to build the school in the 1950s.  At 6:00 p.m. in the RHS gym there will be a Rededication Mass concelebrated by Bishop Martin Amos, local parish priests and Regina alumni priests.  Mass will be followed by an all-school alumni banquet for Regina's 3,250 alumni and their guests.  Sunday evening (7-9 p.m.) June Braverman will direct an all-alumni cast in one of her famous nostalgia musical revues.

Our Mission

The mission of the Catholic Community Foundation is to enhance the financial strength of the Regina Inter-Parish Catholic Education Center.

Foundation Role

The Catholic Community Foundation is the preferred and centralized vehicle for private gifts to Regina.

These gifts will be realized through annual giving programs, major and planned gifts, capital and other special-purpose campaigns. All Foundation efforts are to aid Regina in fulfilling its mission to provide a value-centered Catholic education, rich in both academic excellence and witness to the message of the Gospel.

We have all worshiped in churches we did not establish, attended schools we did not build, and studied from books we did not buy.  Now it is our turn to provide for both our current needs and the needs of future generations.
